Tune up and MotorVac on the Wrangler

Full tune up and MotorVac intake cleaning to remove carbon deposits. This helps how engines perform with todays fuels. Fuel today has additives and Ethanol that car wreak havoc on an engines fuel system. Keep it running longer with a good cleaning.

Shop Van getting a new rear axle

After it's collision the shop van needs a new rear axle assembly.

Yes the Cobra is back. It has the new Kenne Belle 2.6 supercharger installed.

It's Transmission time. Replacing the trans in a customers gorgeous 1985 K truck.

Today's subject. Batteries. Batteries are one of the most neglected parts of our vehicles. We don't seem to pay attention to them until they die. Make sure and have your battery inspected at least at every other oil change.

247 Transfer Case Repair

After a short test drive and an inspection, this 247 transfer case has to be removed and rebuilt due to internal failure. This is a full time 4WD vehicle, it is only 2WD at this point.  The front driveshaft has no power being applied to it from the viscous coupler. The fluid running out of the fill plug is dark black, it should be almost clear.  The Viscous Coupler has failed and the chain is stretched badly.
