1991 Jeep Wrangler.....

Sherman has finished installed the new fuel tank and fuel pump on the Wrangler.  I must say it sounds pretty good for a vehicle that has set for over 10 yrs.  Now on to further inspections before a test drive.

CHEVROLET EQUINOX

Battery replacement is not as simple as it used to be.  The pcm and a battery cover has to be removed to replace the battery.

2005 Jeep Liberty

Came in for a large oil leak.  Brad found the rear main is leaking badly.  Vehicle has a Jasper engine with a little over 29,000 miles on it.  Jasper has a great warranty, repair is covered in full, customer pays $0!

1991 Jeep Wrangler

Customer dropped it off for us to get it running.  It has set for over 10 years and needs a fuel tank and pump to start with due to fuel being left in the tank.  It will need many more things done to make it road worthy.

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee radiator leaking from the cooling fins.

Brad is having to drill out ignition switch bolts to replace the ignition switch assembly on a 1998 Honda Accord.

2006 Jeep Liberty right rear window regulator replacement.

Here is the broken regulator.  This is a common issue on the Jeep Liberty.

2002 Ford Excursion BioDiesel is getting a 2" front leveling kit and four new shocks installed.

Sherman is replacing the radiator on a 2006 Ford Explorer.

Just a little dye coming out of the a/c condenser! On top of that the radiator is leaking badly so this is not a good day for this Grand.

1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Air conditioning is blowing hot and that is not good with this early summer we are having.  We will be replacing the discharge line due to a massive leak in the line.

1988 Jeep Comanche

Brad has the Comanche warming up this morning.  After a thorough inspection, a/c service and driveline service it will be ready for its first test drive with the new Jasper engine installed.

2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport.....

Came in today for a new Bestop soft top to be installed.

Sherman had to remove the safari top rack to get started.

Big and bulky but they do a great job for storage.

GMC 2500 HD 8.1L in for full tune up, coolant flush and A/C system service.

1988 Jeep Comanche

Engine replacement is nearing completion, then a full driveline service and it will be road ready!

1994 Jeep Cherokee 4cyl.

Regular customer came in today for routine maintenance.  150k plus and this 4 cylinder is still humming along!

1995 Oldsmobile 88

Brad is replacing the upper and lower intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets today.

2004 PT Cruiser

Vehicle came in with a check engine light on and low compression on cylinder #3.  Sherman determined the problem is in the cylinder head.  He removed the cylinder head and now we are waiting on the machine shop to test the head and let us know its fate!

1988 Jeep Comanche

After removing the cylinder head and sending it to the machine shop for inspection we learned the head is cracked.  So Brad and Dan removed the engine and now it is ready for the Jasper unit to be assembled and installed along with a new clutch and flywheel.

Today we are installing a 2" BDS Puck Lift Kit, Gear Recoil 17" wheesl and 295/70/17 Nitto Terra Grappler tires.  The vehicle came stock with a hardtop but the customer wants the convenience of a soft top so we are installing a new Bestop soft top and hardware kit.  Here it is before we start.
